The achievements I have made over the last few
years!
8th December 1996
Attended
my First lesson
16th March 1997
Attended my First Class feis! I came FIRST in the REEL, SECOND in the SINGLE
JIG, and FIRST in the TROPHY!
4th May 1997
Attended my First Proper Feis - The Leicester
Open Feis. I was Commended in the Beginners
REEL.
1st June 1997
Won my first 'place' medals at a Feis -The Feis
Glendarragh in Nottingham- a Fourth,(Reel) a Fifth
(Slip
Jig) and two Seventh places (Light
Jig and Trophy)
15th June 1997
Took my BALLET & TAP exams. I got a PASS
PLUS
(76%) at Grade 1 in Ballet and an HONOURS
PASS
(85%) at Introductory Grade in TAP (one of the
highest marks in the region!!!)
22nd June 1997
Took my First KEYBOARDS exams and got HONOURS (82%) in Grade
1. One of only 17 Honours passes that were
awarded!
